This site is deliberately plain. It runs no analytics, no advertising scripts and nothing that follows you around.

What this website collects
Nothing. There is no contact form, no login, no newsletter and no analytics on this site, so we collect nothing about you through it.
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA), which delivers it and protects it against attacks. As our processor it handles ordinary technical access data, meaning IP address, timestamp and browser type, only to run and secure the site. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which permits the transfer of this data to the United States.
When you e-mail or call us
If you contact us by e-mail or phone, we process your name, contact details and the content of your message only to reply to you and, where relevant, to arrange a booking or an event. The legal basis is taking steps towards a contract and our legitimate interest in answering you (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We keep this data only as long as needed to deal with your message.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies and stores nothing else in your browser, so there is no consent banner. Switching language takes you to a separate address.
Fonts, images and links to other services
The typeface, the scripts and every photograph are served from this site itself rather than from third-party services such as Google Fonts, so during a normal visit your IP address reaches no one but our hosting provider.
The map link opens Google Maps and the “Write via Gmail” button opens Gmail. Google's own policies apply from the moment you click them. Nothing is exchanged with Google before that.
The Facebook and Instagram icons are plain links; no widgets from these networks are embedded here. Nothing is exchanged with Meta until you click one, after which Meta's own policies apply.
Photos from the café and our events
If you recognise yourself in a photo and would rather it was not published, write to coffeepark2020@gmail.com and we will remove it.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing and to object. Just write to coffeepark2020@gmail.com.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7.
